New Commercial Vehicle Sales 09
New van sales in 2009 dropped over 35% in 2009 although did increase in the last quarter it is reported.
This decline was far greater than new car registrations which supported by the scrappage scheme fell only 6% in 2009 but the business fleet car sector saw a decline of 50%!
Whilst this can read as doom and gloom the patterns emerging show that van demand increased at the tail end of 2009 and we at Wheels have seen very positive results from our end of year sales.
Could this be the end of the recession? Our finance partners have reported changes in finance and certainly the quantitative easing initiative does now seem to be kicking in an bringing back some stability and hopefully prosperity again!
Our January sale and end of year offers are selling and reducing our used van group stock but we still have many amazing value offers and new stock planned to help you and your business fly this year.
