The L200 also provides the comfort of a car like cabin, plush interiors as a standard, a torquey common rail turbo-diesel engine, a load bed with a carrying capacity in excess of 1,000kg and a 2,700kg braked trailer towing limit–The Perfect Multi Utility Vehicle [MUV].

Mitsubishi offers the L200 pick up in various trim levels, body styles and transmission making it easy to be outfitted as a family car or for commercial purposes. The styles include the Double Cab (perfect for the outdoorsy family), the Club Cab with a load bed 480mm longer than the Double Cab and the Single Cab (specifically outfitted for load-lugging). While the Double Cab Variants include the 4Work, 4Life, Warrior, Animal, and Special Editions Raging Bull and Walkinshaw Performance, the Club Cab comes in 3 derivatives, namely 4Work, 4Life, and Warrior. The Single Cab is available as standard, tipper or dropside with the 4Work and 4Life Variants. All models are fitted with 5 speed manual gearbox as standard.
